Ø Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
Ø Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased and you get to choose the available delivery date/time/details.
We will notify you if your goods are not able to be dispatched within this timescale for any reason.
Ø We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen but only if:
he driver has your permission and
Ø b. our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request. We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.
Ø Customers can give additional delivery instructions for their order online at the time of purchase
Ø Please note that we deliver goods only to specified regions within the Delhi Ncr. region. To check that the online product service delivers to your area, please enter your pin code at http://www.dial4meats.com/register.
Ø Our delivery service covers most Delhi Ncr residential addresses with individual pin codes. Selected caravan parks, camp sites and holiday homes may be excluded, please check your pin code on the website.
Ø Delivery times will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order.
Ø All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. Dial4meats follows a "Think 18" policy, so if the person receiving the goods looks under 18, proof of age will be requested. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the driver. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service Centre to re-arrange delivery (see below for contact details).
Ø In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time.
Ø Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
Ø From Monday 10 Jan 2016, we were required by law to charge for single use carrier bags issued to customers with a delivery or collection pin code within Delhi Ncr.
Ø There will be a charge of ?? per order, which is worked out based on the number of bags needed to pack an order. You'll see the charge itemized on your delivery receipt as "Bag Charge".
Ø We’re passionate about how we source, prepare our products – so we want to ensure the product reaches you exactly how it left us.
Ø Each order is individually cut and vacuum-packed on the morning that it's packaged for delivery, to protect it during transit. We have found vacuum-packing is by far the best way to make sure your freshly cut meat arrives to you in perfect condition, but if you'd rather have your meat wrapped in butcher's paper, we can do that – just let us know in your notes
Ø The purchase contract is made at the point of dispatch. The responsibility for the order is ours until you accept delivery of the order. We make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible or to arrive on a time specified by you, but we cannot be held responsible for events outwit our control.
