Ø Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our” means Dial4Meats.com. “You” or “your” means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.
Ø Prices, description and availability of goods
Ø Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colour and texture may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to natural variations or the limitations of internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
Ø Sales tax
Ø Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated on shipping destination where applicable. When applicable it is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the Delhi ( NCR Region).
Ø Payment methods
Ø You may order online using a credit / debit card (we accept Master Card , Visa , Electron & American Express). You may order by telephoning us and pay using your credit / debit card or cash on delivery .
Ø All prices are in INR.
Ø . Cooling off period and cancellation / returns
Ø We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and we will issue a credit or exchange the product, which is entirely at our discretion. If you wish to cancel your regular 'repeat' order, you must inform us by email or telephone at least 12 hours before your delivery is due. After that time your order will have been raised and charged and cannot be cancelled.
Ø The company reserve the right to offer conditions on refunds for products based on quality reasons.
Ø We may ask you to provide evidence of any quality issue, and could make arrangements for such products to be collected and returned to us.
Ø Failure to provide evidence, or to make the product available for collection, could compromise your ability to receive a refund.
Ø All refunds are at the company's discretion.
Ø If your order is incorrect or damaged, please call or email us and we'll do our best to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.
Ø Wrongly Supplied Products
Ø Please inform us within 4 hours from the date of the goods received, if any items incorrectly supplied. We will then arrange collection and either provide a refund to the same payment card as used to place the order or send replacement correct items as soon as we receive the goods.
Ø Defective or Damaged Products
Ø If the products received are thought to be defective or damaged in some way, the products may have to be returned to dial4meats. If this is the case, this must be before the Use By date of the products. If the goods are found to be faulty or defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund and in either case we will refund your delivery costs

ü We're so confident about the quality of our Products we offer a full No Quibble Guarantee. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for something else or get a full refund by returning it to us
